As Account Director, you will manage a team of Account Managers, along with leading on key demand relationships with both advertisers and agencies. They need a heavy hitter with a consultative approach who can suggest forward thinking ideas to senior figures within brands, as well have the gravitas to lead a team for what is one of the leading ad tech players.
• Set up and run training sessions with CMOs, Heads of Insights etc
• Proactively upsell on accounts
• Work closely with the data science team to come up with tailored solutions to help grow your offering for clients
• Regularly attend industry events to be an ambassador for the business
Desired Skills & Experience:
They need a heavy hitter who has a strong clasp of the digital media/marketing landscape and can engage with senior figures. You may have experience from ad tech, martech, an agency or from a publisher.
• Mentoring or management experience
• Highly articulate, with exceptional communication skills
• Commercial outlook
• A passion for client retention, growth and success
• Language skills aren’t essential, but would be a bonus
