The Role:

If you’re looking for a high-impact role, then this is an amazing chance. As Customer Success Manager, you will be one of the first member of this company’s post-sales account management function in EMEA. This is a hugely visible and business-critical role that comes with strong opportunity to shape the growth of the team.

• Deliver outstanding customer services to mobile apps and brands
• Lots of client facing – presentations to go over campaigns, trends, product features, etc.
• Grow revenue from existing customer accounts
• Set campaign goals and track success metrics with clients

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in account management and an excellent understanding of the digital ecosystem. Mobile and programmatic experience is not a prerequisite; however you must be data savvy and understand performance metrics.

• Proven experience in account management with the digital ecosystem
• Highly analytical mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
