After a big hit to many B2B SaaS sectors in H1 23, we have seen a good upturn so far in Q3 with many companies starting to plan their hiring for 2024.
There has been significant uptick in sales vacancy validates the improved confidence, with B2B SaaS companies expecting a boost in revenue for Q4.
While most vacancies outside of sales saw a slight downward turn in August compared to July a lot of this is down to the August summer slowdown.
One very positive indicator is the significant uplift in overall vacancies in Aug 23 compared to Aug 22 showing that YoY the outlook is much improved.
