As the Account Manager, you will work with a truly unique technology that is transforming the eCommerce SaaS Sector.
- Manage existing FMCG clients to build and develop relationships, manage onboarding, responsible for customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Use data driven analytics to drive and maximise customer accounts

Desired Skills and Experience:
We are looking for an experienced account manager with commercial acumen and proven track record in Marketing SaaS space.
- 2+ Years experience working with high level contacts in FMCG brands
- Excellent knowledge of Ecommerce/Marketing SaaS platforms
- Experience upselling and renewing accounts
- Strong background working closely with multiple teams within organisations
- Excellent Oral, Written and Interpersonal Skills
