The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with some of the world’s leading retail brands and drive their engagement with the platform. You will be based in their London office and work with clients across the UK, French and Italian markets.

  • Take ownership for accounts across fashion and retail clients with responsibility for retention and growth
  • Managing and building relationships with Tier 1 clients across the business

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with proven account management experience in the SaaS space, a huge bonus if you are fluent in Italian.

  • Experience managing accounts in a Customer Success or Account Management team in a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Prior experience working with Fashion/Retail brands is desirable
  • Spoken and written Italian is desirable
  • Commercial mindset and excellent attention to detail
  • Highly articulate, with fantastic verbal and written skills
