The Role

You will be responsible for coaching a wide variety of customers throughout the customer journey through a multitude of methods.

  • Facilitating customer success and growth throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Drive insights around current levels of engagement
  • Provide 1:1 and 1:Many customer engagement strategies via webinars

Desired Skills & Experience

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be passionate about providing the best experience to customers who are scaling their businesses and an aptitude for learning new technology.

  • Have customer facing experience maintaining relationships and problem solving
  • Experience delivering ‘one to many’ programmes
  • Martech SaaS experience is a big plus
