The Role:

The Client Success Associate will work alongside Customer Success Directors, creating actionable insights to drive account success.

  • Design and deliver strategy for portfolio of key global clients
  • Identify areas to grow and develop accounts
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients; understanding and championing needs

Skills & Expertise:

The Customer Success Associate will have a background in advertising and strategy, and be confident using insights to develop global clients.

  • Account Management/Customer Success background
  • Media Agency background, or understanding of wider advertising eco-system
  • Marketing or related degree desired, but not essential
