The Role

Key leadership role, managing a strong team of CSM’s ensuring platform engagement and strategic account growth

  • Lead a team of CSM’s
  • Focus on Strategic account growth with key Enterprise clients
  • Deliver a best practice framework across the team
  • Develop each team member and support their progression

Desired Sills & Experience

Experienced leader within customer success/account management within marketing/eCommerce SaaS at Enterprise level.

  • Experience leading and developing customer success teams
  • Strategic experience growing Enterprise accounts
  • Marketing or eCommerce SaaS experience preferred
