The Company

This $50m funded AI content marketing platform transforms online content into enhanced traffic, revenue and engagement. With a sophisticated big data analysis engine, it also offers real-time measurement of content engagement across search, social and mobile channels.

 

The Role

Joining an established Customer Success team, you will ensure successful client onboarding and drive optimal adoption and utilisation of this AI platform to help customers overcome their SEO and content marketing challenges.

  • Deliver robust onboarding processes to ensure early and ongoing client success with the platform
  • Establish strong relationships with customer marketing teams to understand their organisational structure and marketing objectives
  • Advise on best practise SEO and content optimisation strategy via the platform

 

Desired Skills & Experience

With proven Marketing SaaS customer success experience, you will have a product focused and highly consultative approach, with decent knowledge around SEO and Content marketing strategy.

  • 5+years client service/customer success experience working in SaaS or agency environments
  • Excellent presentation and platform training ability
  • Good knowledge of the SEO / Content marketing space
