As a Customer Success Manager you will have an immediate impact on the company’s growth

THE ROLE:

  • Work as a key member of an elite Customer Success team with a wealth of experience, all motivated to be the best within the mobile analytics space.
  • Work with the biggest mobile apps globally
  • Manage a small set of key accounts driving value for your customers
  • Manage the full customer success lifecycle from QBRs to renewals

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a Customer Success role within SaaS
  • Ideally knowledge of mar tech and mobile marketing or advertising ecosystems but this is not essential
