As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of key clients, making a huge contribution to the sales cycle and extremely influential in ongoing product development with scope to grow a team.
- Managing senior accounts establishing a trusted and strategic relationship
- Provide training, guidance and advice to clients to ensure optimum utilisation of the platform
- Communicating major product updates and releases
Skills & Experience:
With a passion for driving customer satisfaction, you will have a high touch consultative approach and excellent knowledge of the SaaS marketing space.

- Ability to articulate technical concepts at all levels
- Robust analytical capability
