The Company:

AI data analytics SaaS offering, providing marketers with a deep understanding of their customers’ behaviour and ability to automate highly relevant marketing content. Funded to the tune of $30M, they are scaling across the globe fast and so it’s an incredibly exciting time to join.

The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of key clients, making a huge contribution to the sales cycle and extremely influential in ongoing product development with scope to grow a team.

  • Managing senior accounts establishing a trusted and strategic relationship
  • Provide training, guidance and advice to clients to ensure optimum utilisation of the platform
  • Communicating major product updates and releases

Skills & Experience:

With a passion for driving customer satisfaction, you will have a high touch consultative approach and excellent knowledge of the SaaS marketing space.

  • Extremely strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts at all levels
  • Robust analytical capability
