- Take ownership and a hands-on, high-touch approach to key clients with a focus on product value
- Provide training, guidance and advice to clients to ensure optimum utilisation of the platform
- Communicate major product updates and releases
Desired Skills & Experience
- Customer Success experience for a complex SaaS product
- High-touch, hands-on consultative approach
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts at all levels
