The Role

  • Take ownership and a hands-on, high-touch approach to key clients with a focus on product value
  • Provide training, guidance and advice to clients to ensure optimum utilisation of the platform
  • Communicate major product updates and releases


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Customer Success experience for a complex SaaS product
  • High-touch, hands-on consultative approach
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts at all levels
