The Role

The Customer Success Manager will join an already established team to ensure successful client onboarding and utilization of the AI platform

  • Deliver an early and ongoing robust onboarding processes to ensure optimal adoption and successful utilisation of the platform
  • Establish strong relationships with customer marketing teams to understand their organisational structure and marketing objectives
  • Advise on best practise SEO and content optimisation strategy via the platform

 

Desired Skills & Experience

With proven Marketing SaaS customer success experience, you will have a product focused and highly consultative approach

  • Search specialists in Mar Tech, Digital Marketing, and SaaS
  • 5+years client service/customer success experience working in SaaS or agency environments
  • Experience covering Corporate, Enterprise and Platform is essential
  • Excellent presentation and platform training ability
  • Good knowledge of the SEO / Content marketing space
