The Role

 Responsible for maximising net retention and expansion on portfolios using the Customer Success Programme.

  • Maximising upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Engagement with key customers to ensure ongoing adoption
  • Collaboration with marketing to develop customer stories

Desired Skills and Experience

 You will be commercially savvy and have experience in working strategically to achieve customer success and increase revenue growth over time.

  • Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience
  • Understanding of API integrations
  • Highly analytical
  • Product training or delivery experience is desirable
