The Role

 Accountable for customer engagement and retention, acting as the point of contact for assigned customer portfolios.

  • Delivering analytics, insights, training and best practices to customer teams
  • Engagement with key customers to understand their business goals and competitive landscape
  • Leading discussions and navigating relationships to support platform adoption and usage


Desired Skills and Experience

You will have Customer Success or client facing experience in an analytical capacity.

  • Enterprise SaaS experience
  • Highly analytical
  • Strong ability to create, build and leverage relationships effectively
  • Excellent listening, presentation and verbal communication skills
