The Role

They are now looking for an accomplished CSM to partner closely with customers to help drive their mobile business through greater platform adoption / utilisation and ultimately drive renewals.

  • Managing circa 50 accounts
  • Develop and execute success plans with customers
  • Assess and manage customer health to drive renewals

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Customer Success experience within Data SaaS
  • Ability manage circa 50 accounts in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
