The Role

Working closely with Head of Customer Success, and Customer Success Directors, you will manage a portfolio of high value accounts. You will:

  • Educate Programmatic Traders and Campaign Managers on platform, ensuring client campaigns are set up for success
  • Lead on platform adoption and onboarding, offering on-going training to clients
  • Chance to be part of rapidly growing Account Management team
  • Opportunity to move into leadership role quickly

Desired Skills / Experience

You will have experience working within AdTech or MarTech, or from a Media Agency background:

  • Solid understanding of DSP/Programmatic space, potentially from a Trading/AdOps background
  • Experience in client facing roles, and influencing client decisions
  • The ability to understand data and help clients make sense of their ad campaigns
  • Keen to be part of a fast-growing organisation!
