As their first CSM in London, you will be working with enterprise UK and US clients, ensuring their happiness, adoption and success with the platform.

Looking for opportunities to overdeliver on value, you will be consulting clients to enable their loyalty strategies in a proactive and consultative role.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients
  • Spot opportunities and maximize portfolio health
  • Manage complex projects from handover to completion
  • Understand your client’s business objectives and add value


This loyalty platform had a successful 2020, with 100% growth and are looking to achieve the same feat this year.

We are looking for someone coming from a loyalty or CRM background, who has worked with enterprise clients on their success strategies.

You will be highly proactive, articulate and a confident communicator and looking to make an impact in a thriving and fast-paced startup.

  • 3-5 years of account management experience
  • Could be coming from a relevant platform or agency
  • Excellent communication skills, confident to speak to people at all levels
  • Self-motivated and a team player
