The Role

  • Become a trusted product advisor to 10 – 15 Enterprise accounts.
  • Drive optimum customer engagement and utilisation
  • Help customers make sense of data and recommend actionable insights
  • Join a growing CSM team

Desired Skills & experience

  • High touch / Enterprise SaaS CSM experience
  • Strong data interpretation / presentation skills
  • Intermediate / advanced Excel skills
  • Solid understanding of a range of technical products
