As a Customer Success Manager, you will consult with key clients whilst being extremely influential in ongoing product development.
- Managing key accounts establishing a trusted and strategic relationship
- Provide training, guidance and advice to clients to ensure optimum utilisation of the platform
- Serve as product expert, communication and providing feedback on product updates and releases
Desired Skills & Experience
You’ll have previous experience in mobile marketing/advertising in an account management or customer success capacity.
Alongside this, you’ll be upbeat with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have a focus on going above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
