The Role

Key leadership role, managing a strong team of CSM’s ensuring platform engagement and strategic account growth with major media brands.

  • Lead and grow a team of CSM’s
  • Focus on Strategic account growth and retention with key Enterprise clients
  • Deliver a best practice framework across the team from driving product adoption
  • Develop each team member and support their progression

Desired Skills & Experience

With solid understanding of the ad tech / cloud database ecosystem, you will possess excellent client servicing and leadership skills at Enterprise level.

  • Solid understanding of Ad Tech ecosystem (preferably programmatic)
  • Experience leading and developing customer success or Account Management teams
  • Strategic experience growing Enterprise accounts
