The Role:

  • Supporting customers within EMEA and APAC
  • Will read, analyse and write code, working closely with the development team deliver creative solutions
  • Develop and produce documents detailing solutions
  • Remote French and English speaking role

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Able to read and write code fluently (Python, Java or Objective-C)
  • Have technical expertise to coach others on complex technical issues
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
