  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to evaluate their needs, source top talent and onboard effectively
  • Coach leaders to implement effective performance review and productivity strategies
  • Leverage your knowledge of EMEA based employment law to hep managers operate compliantly and in a risk adverse way

 

Background

With a proven HR and/or Business Partner backgrounds within Digital Media / Advertising, you will have broad knowledge across personal development strategies and employment law in EMEA.

  • Knowledge media agency’s operate will be beneficial
  • Full life cycle recruitment experience
  • Broad knowledge of employment law and compliance
  • Proven ability in helping leaders with personal development plans
