An exciting opportunity to join a Global Leader in Retail Media Analytics that is looking to hire a VP of Sales Development to lead the company’s Global SDR team.

The Role

  • Leading large global team of SDRs
  • Hiring exceptional talent to grow team across US & UK
  • Working closely with sales and marketing to maximise sales pipeline
  • Work closely with SDR team leaders to provide training and support
  • Developing team turning SDRs into successful AEs

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Up to date experience of leading SDR teams within a SaaS organization
  • 10+ years experience working in Sales Development
  • A proven ability of leading and developing talent
  • A history of consistently hitting targets
