The Company:

  • $250M funded marketing insights SaaS platform 
  • Working with brands such as Google, ebay, Unilever and Adidas 
  • Worldwide offices with over 900 employees 


The role:

  • Manage the French Account Management team to drive renewal of existing subscription customers.
  • Hire, train and continuously coach and develop account managers
  • Forecast renewal+upsells and report to senior leadership


Desired skills & experience:

  • Proven experience in Marketing SaaS
  • Business fluent in French and English
  • 2+ years of experience in management and training of Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management Teams
