This is a fantastic Sales Leadership opportunity to work for a Global leader in Marketing Analytics SaaS.
- $250M funded marketing insights SaaS platform
- Working with brands such as Google, ebay, Unilever and Adidas
- Worldwide offices with over 500 employees
- Lead a team of Sales Development reps focused predominantly on outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
- Provide ongoing qualitative coaching to your SDR reps to ensure best in class target achievement
- Develop and manage the department-wide outreach cadences to be used by both SDR reps and Sales Executives as a part of their outbound prospecting work
Desired skills & experience:
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Minimum 3 years of outbound prospecting experience required for a successful business
- An understanding of current digital ad technologies and online marketing including display advertising, SEO, SEM, Affiliates, Social, Email Marketing and data solutions – preferred
- Analytical mind, knowledge in Excel / sheets and Salesforce.com
