The Role:
Design and implement a framework for driving platform success and then hire a team to drive optimum adoption and utilisation with this platform.
- Hire, train and coach direct reports to achieve their performance and career goals
- Define success outcomes and strategies to hit targets
- Monitor and manager customer health and develop prioritisation strategies
Desired Skills & Experience
As a proven eCommerce customer success / onboarding specialist, you will have proven experience leading and growing a team that can deliver customer satisfaction.
- Experience managing customer success or onboarding specialists in a high growth SaaS environment
- Experience advising clients on marketing strategies
- SaaS Martech experience is a big plus
