A fully remote opportunity with flexible hours and the chance to work for an employee -owned business and take home profit shares each year. A role in which you will oversee the customer success department, reporting directly into one of the founders.

 

The Role:

Head up the customer success department, overseeing their client portfolio and managing a team of 2 across pre-sales and onboarding and training. This is a great chance to stake a claim in an employee-owned business and have complete working flexibility. This is a fully remote role with full flexibility provided on working hours.

 

The Company:

They are a highly successful and profitable business with a revenue of $5m and profit of $1m per year. They work to allow marketing and sales teams for easy sales lead distribution, meaning the right lead goes to the right employee at the right time. They are being used by the world’s biggest tech companies.

 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in SaaS customer success
  • Desire to work for and have a share in an employee-owned company
  • Ability to manage a high number of customers
