Owing to their phenomenal growth they are now looking for an experienced Customer Support Leader to optimise their EMEA operations and drive greater efficiency across platform solutions for customers.
- Lead a team of Managers and ensure they have the tools to be effective leaders
- Oversea resource distribution to ensure optimum customer coverage
- Improve functional processes and available documentation to optimise speed and effectiveness of technical support
Desired Skills & Experience
As an experienced Technical/Customer Support Leader, you will have a passion for nurturing talent and streamlining processes
- Ideally experience within eCommerce or Marketing automation SaaS platforms including networking concepts and API’s
- Experience manging team leaders with a larger number of indirect reports
- Data orientated to inform strategic decisions
