Exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Marketing Data Intelligence SaaS platform as their first HR and Recruitment hire.

 

The Company:

  • Leading media planning solution supporting clients including: Mondolez, Barclays, CocaCola, L’Oreal
  • Delivering transparent, structured and accurate data management across the full marketing mix
  • 100% YoY growth

 

The Role:

  • First HR and Recruitment hire with huge opportunity to define, develop and implement people processes
  • Independently own the recruitment process; talent identification and engagement, interview/offer management as well as on/off-boarding
  • Manage and own HR for the entire business; with solid understanding of international employment law across UK, Turkey and China

 

Needs:

  • Experience in a HR Generalist role, with Talent/Recruitment experience
  • CIPD / Professional HR qualifications desirable, but not essential!
  • Proven self-starter, confident working independently
