The Role

They are now looking for two Junior Support Engineer’s to form part of a global team, resolving client problems and enabling the world’s most dynamic companies to thrive.

  • Become a client-facing product expert
  • Provide high levels of customer service as first-line support to the global user base
  • Work closely with engineers to solve problems and troubleshoot issues

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or similar
  • Experience within a technical support position
  • Customer-facing experience – can you explain technology to clients?
