The Role:
Customer Success Managers are an integral part of driving success for a portfolio of global accounts, and this role will take full responsibility for team management and development.
- Use Programmatic expertise to drive account strategy and success for a portfolio of Tier 1 global accounts
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage a growing team of Customer Success Managers
- Leverage campaign data to create actionable insights
Desired Skills and Experience:
The Lead Customer Success Manager will have a solid background in AdTech or Media Agencies, and be confident in client facing roles!
- Hands on experience in Programmatic advertising
- Highly analytical; confident working with data to create actionable insights
- Experience leading/mentoring a team beneficial
- Proven experience in account/campaign strategy and delivery
