The Role

Guide new customers through the implementation / onboarding process to ensure they are set up for success in their first couple of months.

  • scope out project requirements, resources and timelines for smooth platform set up
  • partner with clients to review and customise dashboards to an optimum and consistent level
  • troubleshoot and resolve / escalate any software issues
  • continuously feedback to Engineering and Product teams to inspire improvements for the integration process

Desired Skills & Experience

As an experienced Marketing SaaS implementation specialist, you will have a passion for customer support/success with excellent project management skills

  • implementation experience with Email / ESP vendors
  • project management experience with commercial and technical teams
  • excellent process documentation and verbal communication skills
