The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a commercially focused approach to growing and expanding Tier 1 accounts.

  • Managing 50-60 accounts
  • Work closely with Customer Success (nurture) to cross-sell and up-sell BoB
  • Identify patterns and highlight solutions to help improve the platform, long-term

Desired Skills and Experience

You will have at least four years of experience in an Account Management position for a SaaS platform.

  • Client facing communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of the mobile space/MarTech
  • Understanding of APIs
