THE ROLE:

Take the lead and manage your own portfolio of high profile accounts in a very consultative role. Support your clients in maximising their use of the platform and encouraging best practice.

You will be a product expert, allowing you to assist your clients on all aspects of the tool, providing consistently strong customer service and continually bring them value.

– Support and train your clients on how to best engage with the platform
– Work closely with international clients in a highly influential capacity
– Directly contribute to the company’s success as it continues its global expansion
– Expand your market knowledge and intensify your tech understanding

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You will have great relationship-building skills and have worked in an advertising tech platform, with plenty of experience managing reputable brands.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial skills, analytical abilities, and who can provide a consultative approach to go above and beyond to bring extra value to customers.
