The Role

Act as a trusted product advisor and lead strategic workshops with eCommerce clients to ensure optimum marketing success and utilisation with the platform. This company is scaling very quickly and so its an exciting time to join.

  • Utilise KPI and campaign data insights to advise on marketing strategy
  • Drive adoption ad utilisation of the platform
  • Identify and prioritise customer health to mitigate risk where possible


Desired Skills & Experience

As a data and product focused CSM specialist, you will have excellent knowledge around CRM marketing strategy and ability to operate in an extremely fast paced environment.

  • High volume customer success experience with marketing or ecommerce SaaS
  • Experience advising across CRM / Marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
