The Role:

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be managing a $2M portfolio of affluent clients who you’ll be working very closely with.

With all your clients, you’ll their main touchpoint and point of call, you’ll be responsible for growing these accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with the platform and upselling where possible.

Skills & Experience:

With great experience as a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be excited to step up into a role with added responsibility, ready to hit the ground running from day one.

You’ll have a strong background in SaaS environment, working with enterprise clients on a daily basis.

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer success
  • Ideally coming from a mobile ad tech platform
  • Proactive and confident individual with great communicative skills
  • Data driven and analytical, able leverage data to drive growth
