The Role:

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be the go-to person for a portfolio of growing accounts, translating actionable insights into compelling stories.

You’ll play a crucial part in delivering strategy and maximising performance of accounts to help clients to understand untapped potential from purchase data.

  • Design and deliver strategy for portfolio of key global clients
  • Identify areas to grow and develop accounts
  • Become a trusted advisor to clients; understanding and championing needs

 

Skills & Expertise:

The Senior Customer Success Manager will have a background in advertising and strategy, and be confident using insights to develop global clients.

  • Account Management/Customer Success background
  • Advertising experience, ideally within CRM, Loyalty or Insights
  • Proven experience using data to create actionable insights, driving success for clients
