The Role

As a Senior Partner Success Manager you will develop strategic relationships with agency partners to ensure they are driving optimum marketing success and utilisation of the platform with their clients.

  • Utilise KPI and campaign data insights to advise on marketing strategy
  • Offer partners product knowledge and best practise with the platform
  • Act as internal advocate for agency partners to communicate their needs to leadership and the product team

 

Desired Skills & Experience

As a data and product focused partner / CSM specialist, you will have excellent knowledge around CRM marketing strategy and ability to navigate and manage agency partners effectively

  • Experience building relationships with ecommerce or email marketing agencies
  • Experience advising across CRM / Marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
