The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of platform engagement process and education among Tier 1 banking clients.

  • reviewing and analysing customer usage to drive optimum platform engagement and adoption
  • Onsite and virtual platform training via webinars
  • Produce self-help and educational materials to share with customers
  • Support pre sales when prospects trial the platform to help get the best out of the platform

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Customer Success or platform engagement experience with B2B SaaS
  • Experience working with financial data
  • Experience delivering platform training with enterprise customers
