The Role
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of platform engagement process and education among Tier 1 banking clients.
- reviewing and analysing customer usage to drive optimum platform engagement and adoption
- Onsite and virtual platform training via webinars
- Produce self-help and educational materials to share with customers
- Support pre sales when prospects trial the platform to help get the best out of the platform
Desired Skills & Experience
- Customer Success or platform engagement experience with B2B SaaS
- Experience working with financial data
- Experience delivering platform training with enterprise customers
