The role:

As a Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with the product team on escalations and enhancements with a high level of client interaction. With a competitive salary and benefits. this is an opportunity not to be missed!

  • Provide expert-level technical support to our customers and deliver product feedback and insights to the business
  • Communicate the progress if resolution promptly and per service level agreements
  • Handle exciting new feature releases

 

Desired skills & experience:

  • Experience with Tier 1-2 technical support / QA
  • Fluency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Action-oriented with strong organisational, analytical, and problem solving skills
