The Role

Leading a talented CSM team you will grow and establish long term strategic relationships with Enterprise clients, ensuring optimum implementation and ongoing business objectives are being met with technical solutions.

  • Lead and scale a Customer Success Team (currently 3 CSM’s)
  • Define and implement a framework for maintaining client health and driving optimal adoption/utilisation
  • Partner closely with the product team to feedback and influence the roadmap.

  • Senior stakeholder relationship building within Enterprise companies
  • Proven ability in scaling and shaping a customer success function
