Leading a talented CSM team you will grow and establish long term strategic relationships with Enterprise clients, ensuring optimum implementation and ongoing business objectives are being met with technical solutions.
- Lead and scale a Customer Success Team (currently 3 CSM’s)
- Define and implement a framework for maintaining client health and driving optimal adoption/utilisation
- Partner closely with the product team to feedback and influence the roadmap.
