As a platform expert, you will troubleshoot technical queries in real-time via live chat to resolve issues across the platform and ecommerce sites.
- Communicate intelligently to field questions for both technical and non-technical end-users, while supporting a wide range of technologies.
- Diagnose and escalate software issues
- Engage with customers using established processes
Desired Skills & Experience:
As a customer support specialist, you will be a thoughtful communicator with a customer-first approach and interest in web technologies.
- Experience with web technologies and SaaS products
- Experience with technical support or QA testing
- Ideally experience within ecommerce / marketing tech, but not essential
