The Role:

As VP Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales and partnerships function, leading their continued expansion in the region.

You’ll play a crucial part in delivering strategy and maximising performance of accounts to help clients to understand untapped potential from purchase data.

  • Manage and deliver overall strategy and sales operations
  • Executing strategy for both new and existing partnerships
  • Leading a team of 4, which is growing even further
  • Coach and develop the sales capabilities of the UK team
  • Client facing and engaging with top tier clients in the region

Skills & Expertise:

We’re looking for a commercial leader with experience in either the AdTech, Loyalty, CRM sectors who has coached and developed sales team, and executed on sales strategies

  • Demonstrable team leadership experience
  • Experience within the digital media and or advertising sectors
  • Track record of coaching and developing sales teams
  • Proven achiever, managing multi million pound sales targets
