The Role

  • Build and maintain enduring technical relationships with major enterprise accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with this groundbreaking product
  • Implement a strategic success plan for clients, covering onboarding, training, utilization, and regular business reviews.
  • Thrive in a start-up environment, wear many hats, collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate product adoption, and identify innovative customer solutions.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • Customer success experience for a technical / DevOps product
  • Experience driving adoption and renewals
  • An understanding of Software Development / DevOps / Linux / C++ / Java / C / Debugging / QA
