Unified Data Marketing and Insight platform with ability to consolidate and 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data for some of the biggest brands in the world.


The Role:

First Customer Success hire for the UK team, joining an established team across EMEA.

  • Owning entire customer lifecycle
  • Creating insights to influence customer strategy, and drive platform success
  • Manage a broad portfolio of well-known global names
  • Internal and external stakeholder management


Desired Skills & Experience:

Account Management or Customer Success experience within AdTech/analytics SaaS industry.

  • 4 years in Account Management and/or Customer Success
  • Data-savy, confident analysing data-sets to create custom insights
  • Understanding of retail media / broadcast media desirable, but not essential
