The Company:

The Role:

Customer Success Managers and instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and happiness.

  • Build and expand the relationship with a portfolio of Tier 1 accounts
  • Create actionable insights, and strategy-led solutions for customers
  • Product expert; confident translating customer needs into product-led solutions

 

Needs:

The Customer Success Manager will have a solid understanding of the AdTech and Media space.

  • Coming from an AdTech vendor, or a Media Agency
  • Experience managing Enterprise clients (brand direct)
  • Good technical understand of the AdTech Space
