The Role:

The Head of Customer Success will play a pivotal role in the platforms growth and future.

  • Working closely with the founders
  • Defining strategy, refining process, and driving excellence across Customer Success
  • Grow out Customer Success team

Desired Skills/Experience:

The Head of Customer Success will have a solid background in client facing roles across the Ad Tech or agency space.

  • Ideally 6+ years in Account Management
  • Programmatic and/or Mobile experience desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively and make sense of complex data
