Reporting into the MD, you will lead the Customer Success team in delivering exceptional service and success to clients.
- Directly manage Traders and Campaign Managers to lead on platform adoption and onboarding
- Work with clients to define evolving strategy, driving ongoing platform success
- Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities, increasing client satisfaction and spend
Desired Skills / Experience
You will have experience working within AdTech or from a Media Agency background:
- Proven experience leading teams in the AdTech/Agency space, specialising on Programmatic
- Strong account management or client services background, ideally managing Enterprise accounts
- Drive and excitement to be part of a fast-growing organisation
