The Role

Reporting into the MD, you will lead the Customer Success team in delivering exceptional service and success to clients.

  • Directly manage Traders and Campaign Managers to lead on platform adoption and onboarding
  • Work with clients to define evolving strategy, driving ongoing platform success
  • Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities, increasing client satisfaction and spend

Desired Skills / Experience

You will have experience working within AdTech or from a Media Agency background:

  • Proven experience leading teams in the AdTech/Agency space, specialising on Programmatic
  • Strong account management or client services background, ideally managing Enterprise accounts
  • Drive and excitement to be part of a fast-growing organisation
