The Role

  • Lead day-to-day client interactions, ensuring campaign planning and management align with client expectations. Offer feedback and data-driven recommendations for optimal performance.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by anticipating their needs and supporting primary focus areas.
  • Develop cross-channel digital brief responses and media plans that align with client business and campaign goals, collaborating with external agencies for cohesive planning and execution.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience working directly within digital platforms for at least 2 years, preferably spanning across at least 2 of the following channels: Programmatic Display, Video, Paid Search, and/or Paid Social.
  • Passion for digital media/advertising & technology, skilled in strategy and planning, strong communication skills, excellent client service approach, adept at multitasking with attention to detail, possess a technical/analytical mindset, enjoy collaborating in team settings, and experienced in coaching/line management.
